To Confirm a Reservation:
One night's payment is required in advance to confirm your reservation at Whale Cove Inn, and will serve as a deposit.
VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards are welcome.
Cancellation:
Should you need to cancel, please notify us at least two weeks in advance of your booking and we will refund our deposit, less a $25 service fee. If you notify of a cancellation or shortened stay less that 14 days in advance or your booking, your deposit will be forfeited unless we are able to rebook the room. We are sorry but refunds are not available for early check-out. The hotel is not authorized to make an exception to this policy.
Check-in/Check-out times:
Guests are welcome to check in between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m.
Other policies:
The Whale Cove Inn is a non-smoking environment. Children 16 and older are welcome. Pets are not allowed.
Transient Room Tax and Additional Persons:
Rates are subject to a 10% room tax, are based on double occupancy, and are subject to change without notice.
