Reservation Policy

Accommodations: Each suite includes a private bathroom. Daily housekeeping is included in the room rate.

Reservations: Please contact our 24-hour Front Desk at 800-628-3409. No minimum night stay. In the event of a holiday, a 2 night minimum stay is required.

Reservation Confirmations: One night's payment is required in advance to confirm your reservation at Whale Cove Inn, and will serve as a deposit for your last night.

Payment: Cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards are welcome.

Cancellation: If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, please call 14 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date, in which case your deposit, less a $25 fee per room reserved will be refunded. Any change to your reservation is subject to a $25 fee. For cancellations, reductions of confirmed room nights or date changes within 14 days, the guest is subject to a forfeiture of the deposit.

Check-in/Check-out times: Guests are welcome to check in at 4:00 p.m.  Checkout time is at 11:00 a.m.

Late Arrivals: If you will be arriving after hours, you must contact us in advance so we can make arrangements for you.

Smoking: The Whale Cove Inn is a non-smoking environment, as such there is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on the property. If a guest does smoke on property, they will be responsible for all cost to repair damages and remove the odor.

Children: The Inn is appropriate for children 16 and older.

Pets: The Inn does not accept pets.

Transient Room Tax: Rates are subject to a 10% room tax.
